- Led a team of three Desktop Support Analysts in troubleshooting issues and logging and tracking tickets with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Management of overall help desk ticket counts of 1200-1300 per month while multitasking continued new ticket averages of 50 per week.

This family-oriented media sharing app is written with an emphasis on accessability. The app hosts profiles of a family-member (like a child) and users who are a part of that profile are able to share pictures, videos, voice messages and text messages to the profile! Due to authentication, a live demo is not available at this time but one can done upon request.

This addictive game uses an API pull to generate trivia questions and answers. App features extensive CSS design and includes flip tiles created in CSS. This individual project uses Redux and React to move data and use state and use multiple components for great functionality.

This fun web app uses two separate API pulls to find recommendations of similar movies or TV shows based on an entry into the search bar. Previous management of peers was used to provide project management and motivation of the team. App features extensive CSS design and includes flip tiles created in CSS. This team project used Git to branch and merge each team members changes for a collaborative product.
